Unfortunately some functions and parts of your system cannot be completely covered. The following items are excluded, or offer only limited allowances for service under the Comprehensive Plan:

• Bearing, seal assembly
• One piece circulator (direct drive)
• Combustion chamber liner and repairs (a $50.00 max. allowance)
• Combination controls (a $30.00 maximum allowance)
• Clock or Setback Thermostats (a $30.00 maximum allowance)
• All water-related parts

Optional Coverage: If your home has multi-zone heating, you can extend your coverage to each additional zone.

A Domestic Hot Water Option is available offering you annual cleaning, inspection and adjustment.
