Our 100% total satisfaction guarantee ensures that:

• Services are performed accurately and to manufacturer's specification (in the case of an installation);
• All parts, products, or materials are new, in proper working order, and properly installed or applied;
• Your technician, service person, or delivery person will arrive within the specified time period, and your home and property are left in the same condition as when the technician arrived.

For the most part, there are no limitations to our guarantee, we want you to be a Moyer Home Services customer for life. The main condition of our 100% Total Satisfaction Guarantee is the length of time it applies and is as follows:

Our general guarantee covers a time period that begins on the date when the initial service, installation, application, or repair is performed and ends exactly one year to the day later. For example, if you have us install a water conditioner on May 10 of a given year, our guarantee is in full effect until May 10 of the following year.
