Pest Control Calendar
Knowing when a common pest problem is most likely to occur can help you avoid unpleasant situations. Please refer to this pest activity calendar so you'll know what to expect.
January/February - Because it is cold outside, this is the time of year when indoor rodent activity is very high.
March/April - Termites and Ants begin swarming and Spiders, Centipedes, and Millipedes all become very active.
May/June - Wasps, Bees, & Yellow Jackets are beginning to build nests. Carpenter Ants and Mosquitos are very active at this time. Also, small ants are very plentiful.
July/August - Wasps, Fleas, Yellow Jackets, Mosquitos and small ants such as Pavement and Small Black House are very active at this time.
September/October - Yellow Jackets start coming into the home more and Rodent activity increases with the changing of the seasons.
November/December - Rodent activity is at its peak during these months. Spiders are more noticeable due to the colder outdoor temperatures, and ants under slabs of homes can be observed in family rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
