Emptying and Cleaning
This service includes the complete pumping of the pool, removal of debris and complete washing of pool surface with cleansing agents as needed. For specifics please call us at (215) 799-2000.

Spring Assembly (pool opening)
This plan is the reassembly of all units disassembled as a result of winterization including the pump, motor, filter, heater, valve, etc.; removal of all plugs from suction and return lines; starting the pool back into operation and checking to see that all equipment functions properly. Pool heater cleaning and adjustment (at time of spring assembly)
This plan includes the complete cleaning of the heat exchanger and burning tray for GAS heating systems, or replacement of nozzle and oil filter for OIL fired systems. It also includes a complete check of the controls and the adjustment of the burner if needed to operate at peak efficiency.

Winterization (pool closing)
This plan consists of lowering the water in the pool to the proper level; proper drainage of all mechanical units (filter, pump, motor, valve, heater-etc.); removal of all water from piping by use of compressed air, and the plugging of these lines to prevent water from getting back into piping; lubrication of pipe threads; protecting pool light(s) and skimmer(s) against frost damage where necessary; removal and storage on customer's premises of accessory equipment. Should the pool require additional lowering of water due to excessive precipitation, an additional charge will be made.
(NOTE: Fresh Water Lines Not Covered Under Winterization.)
(NOTE: The preceding agreements are labor agreements only and do not include cleaning agents, winterization plugs, pool chemicals, water, etc. Parts and/or chemicals, etc. used to complete scheduled work will be billed at prevailing prices.)

Winter Maintenance Program
This program is designed to give you a worry-free winter by making sure the water is kept at the proper level, and we will chemically treat the pool and circulate the water with a portable pump to help prevent algae growth during the winter months. We can provide this service on a monthly, bimonthly, or as-needed basis.

Free Computerized Water Testing
After your pool has been in operation for two weeks, bring a sample of your pool water to us, or call and we will pick it up. We will perform a complete computer analysis on your water sample at no cost to you.

Weekly Maintenance (valet service)
The ultimate in maintenance-free pool service.
