August 7, 2008 – Souderton, PA – On Sunday, August 3rd the 21st year of Concert Sundaes culminated at the Souderton Community Park Band Shell featuring the Original Fantasies who played classic hits of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Under a beautiful night sky, over 1,000 people in attendance enjoyed the night’s music and merriment. Adding to the evening’s festivities, Moyer Indoor Outdoor presented a check for $1,000 in support of Concert Sundaes during intermission. Concert Sundaes is a part of the Indian Valley Arts Foundation.

Moyer has supported Concert Sundaes since its first season, and for the past 14 years has made a donation to support Concert Sundaes from the proceeds of the annual 5k Race they sponsor each July. This year’s race was a huge success with over 550 runners participating. Jim Church, Moyer’s Public Relations Representative, who presented the check, rallied the crowd’s support and applause. Said Jim, “Concert Sundaes is a fun, family oriented event Moyer Indoor Outdoor takes great pride in supporting.” Jim continued, “At Moyer we are dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve. Not only through providing great service, but also by helping to create a community that people can enjoy being a part of.”
