August 10, 2009 – Souderton, PA – On Sunday, August 9th the 23rd year of Concert Sundaes culminated at the old Souderton High School featuring the Red Hill Band who played marches, show tunes and traditional concert band music. Adding to the evening’s festivities, Moyer Indoor Outdoor presented a check for $500 in support of Concert Sundaes during intermission. Concert Sundaes is a part of the Indian Valley Arts Foundation.

Moyer has supported Concert Sundaes since its first season, and for the past 15 years has made a donation to support Concert Sundaes from the proceeds of the annual 5K Race they sponsor each July. This year’s race was a huge success with over 700 participants. Jim Church, Moyer’s Public Relations Representative, who presented the check, rallied the crowd’s support and applause. Said Jim, “At Moyer we are dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve. Not only through providing great service, but also we are committed to the sponsorship of the arts in our area. Concert Sundaes is a fun, family oriented event Moyer Indoor Outdoor takes great pride in supporting.”
