of running (or walking) shoes and mark your calendar for July 7,
2010. Moyer Indoor|Outdoor® is planning a day full of healthy
fun for the entire family. This year there will be more events
and excitement than ever before!

Every racer gets a designed t-shirt to commemorate the event, and
there will be plenty of 5 year age group awards to give away. And
remember, all proceeds stay right in the community to benefit Souderton
High School Cross Country Scholarships and Concert Sundaes. Bob
Williamson, Moyer’s GM and coordinator of the event, remarks, “Last
year we had over 700 participants, but this year is going to be even
bigger and better. The community’s really rallied around this
event and 2010 marks our 16th year. Any awareness of health and wellness
helps build a stronger community, and Moyer is proud to give back
to the neighborhood we serve.” In addition to the race festivities,
food and music, the Fit Fest features hands-on educational opportunities
to promote healthy lifestyles. Highlights of the Fit Fest include:

• Fun Fitness Activities For the Whole Family
• The D.A.R.E. Car
New to the event this year is the Moyer 5K
Giveaway Contest. In addition to awarding $2,000 in scholarship
money, Moyer will also give away $3,000 in prizes. That’s right, a total of $5K! “Moyer
Money” will be awarded to winners good toward any indoor or
outdoor service that Moyer Indoor|Outdoor® provides. Winners
will be announced live in Souderton Park at 6:00pm. To register
