Moyer Indoor Outdoor, formerly Moyer & Son Home Services, unveiled its new logo on April 3rd, 2008 at the Franconia Heritage Conference Center to the company’s 200+ employees, partners, and guests. Included in the unveiling was also a preview of Moyer’s new advertising which further reflects the companies new, modern look and messaging. Much thought and research was put into the decision to update the current Moyer logo which has represented the company for more than 20 years. “This logo has served us, and the community, well. However, as we look to the future, it is time for a change. Not a radical one, but one that fully reflects the company’s growth and the depth of our services,” said David Moyer, Vice President. “Our new look also effectively conveys a clear image of who we are, what we do, and the values we believe in.” Moyer points out, “we are living in an age of quick communications,” and the new logo reflects the visual and immediate way consumers communicate now. An effective logo should relay, in just a glance, what a company is all about. That in mind, the new look is extremely successful. It conveys a succinct message for consumers grouping indoor services in a beautiful blue color and outdoor services under a brilliant green color. The clear color delineation lets existing customers, as well as those new to the area, know that Moyer is the only company in the area who can meet all of their indoor and outdoor needs. With spring upon us, and summer just around the corner, Moyer is the only company homeowners need to call to get their lawn, pool, pest control, and air conditioning set for the coming months – the perfect remedy for a relaxing and fun-filled summer. “Beyond the ease of communicating effectively with our customers, this new logo invigorates our employees,” Moyer said. “Our new logo creates excitement, redefines and reinforces commitment to our growing business, and helps our employees communicate with our customers.” Moyer views the new logo as “the symbol of the next twenty years.”
