On March 6, 2007, twenty-six Moyer & Son Oil Heat customers gathered at the Franconia Heritage Conference Center for the second in a series of board meetings.

A variety of pre-purchase and budget customers attended the Oil Heat meeting. The agenda included a review of plans offered in 2006 along with a discussion about the heating oil market and its downward price movement following the offer of those plans. Invited attendees shared their concerns, ideas, and comments about the season. They then spent some time reviewing options for 2007-2008 plans that offer solutions in the event that a repeat of this unusual year was to occur.

As a reward for their candid participation, each board member received a $100 gift certificate for any future home services purchases. We believe that Moyer & Son is unique in conducting these types of meetings. We value the opportunity to find out how our customers feel about our products and services and suggestions to improve.
