Moyer & Son Inc. of Souderton presented the 2006 Circle of Excellence awards at their annual banquet on November 18th at the Indian Valley Country Club.

“The Circle of Excellence award was established to recognize employees who, in the eyes of their coworkers, demonstrated noteworthy performance upholding and executing Moyer & Son’s core values throughout the year,” stated Jon Clemmer, Vice President, Moyer & Son Inc. “It is easy to know what the core values of your company are. To actively live them out with your fellow workers, your customers, and in the community is a true sign of excellence,” stated Clemmer.

Throughout the year, employees had the opportunity to nominate fellow employees for this reward. More than 200 ballots were received for the 20 awards that were presented. “To be recognized by your coworkers is special—they work shoulder to shoulder with you each day and see your efforts—which makes this award a high honor,” commented Clemmer.
