The Circle of Excellence is a program that recognizes exceptional performance and superior service of our employees during 2007 at Moyer & Son. The criteria for the awards are:

• Being a full time employee with Moyer & Son for 2007.
• Performed above and beyond expectations
• Upheld and promoted our core values
• Excellent attendance
• Free of preventable accidents

Recipients of the award were nominated by their fellow employees for their display of noteworthy and exemplary contribution to the company. The following winners were announced at this year’s banquet: Pete Abele, Donna Brandt, Dennis Kernan, Jeff Hunter, Ollie Paul, Scott Lauman, Steve Weissman, Jeff Mengel, David Florida, Don Croll, Dan Wile, Bruce McLean, Andy Wedman, and Amy Wilfert.

It takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make this program come together. I would like to thank everyone involved in making the Circle of Excellence 2007 a success!
