There are many wonderful individuals that work within the mechanical department at Moyer & Son. However, there is one person who stands above the rest in his years of dedication, service, and loyalty. That person is Mr. John Delikat. In November of this year, John will mark his 44th anniversary with Moyer & Son, Inc, which, is a remarkable accomplishment. He began his career in 1963, at the age of 16, as a feed truck assistant. Since then, he has held various job titles within the company. He became a feed truck driver in 1965, an oil truck driver in 1967, an HVAC & pool estimator in 1986, and was promoted to HVAC supervisor in 1999. In his 44 years of employment, John has worked under three HVAC managers & ten owners. He takes immense pleasure in working with his colleagues, especially in training, coaching, and nurturing the technicians who are under his tutelage. John has many admirable qualities, among which are his generous spirit, great sense of humor, and altruistic nature. We are extremely honored & privileged to work with John on a daily basis.
