In the interest of fostering understanding of each other’s position within Moyer & Son, we have established a Job Shadowing program. The objectives of this program are to develop a company wide understanding of our co-workers responsibilities and an appreciation of how each job directly affects another.

This program reflects our core value of “Teamwork and Collaboration” by improving communications between departments and divisions. It will also enforce our core value of “Customer Focused” as we each learn ways to better streamline and improve the processes that impact service.

The team chosen for creating and implementing the Job Shadowing program includes Dawn McDonald (Pet & Animal Feeds), Kathy Leavens (Home Services) Denise Weida (Accounting), Lori Gerhart (Home Services), Erin Crew (The Store) and Julie Freed (Home Services).
