Pool Opening: Reassemble all units disassembled during closing and prepare pool and filtration system for operation. All openings include automatic scheduling. Chemicals are additional.
Pool Closing: Prepares pool for winter by lowering water to proper level and removing water from pipes. All closings include automatic scheduling. Chemicals are additional. Additional charges apply for caretaker floor cleaning systems and pool safety covers with special cable assemblies.
Test & Treat Valet: Test chemicals, water balance, empty baskets, and treat accordingly. Brush walls and steps, check pump and filter operation, backwash if necessary. Chemicals are additional.
Vacuum Valet: Includes Test and Treat Valet Service and Vacuuming. Chemicals are additional.

I was able to set up a prompt appointment given that the emergency was at the beginning of pool opening season. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was given options with estimates regarding fixing vs. replacing the non-functioning pool filter pump. Importantly, I was supplied with a temporary pool filter pump on the spot so pool could be opened properly while the existing pool pump was being serviced and subsequently installed within a timely manner.
