- Because it is
cold outside, this is the time of year when indoor rodent activity
is very high.
- Termites and Ants
begin swarming and Spiders, Centipedes, and Millipedes all become
very active. Start of Tick and Mosquito breeding cycle.
- Wasps, Bees, & Yellow
Jackets are beginning to build nests. Carpenter Ants, Carpenter
Bees and Mosquitos are very active at this time. Also, small
ants are very plentiful.
- Wasps, Fleas, Yellow
Jackets, Ticks, Mosquitos and small ants such as Pavement and
Small Black House are very active at this time.
- Yellow Jackets
start coming into the home more and Rodent activity increases
with the changing of the seasons. Occasional invaders such as
Stink Bugs, Box Elders and Lady Beetles look to overwinter indoors.
- Rodent activity
is at its peak during these months. Spiders are more noticeable
due to the colder outdoor temperatures, and ants under slabs
of homes can be observed in family rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
